Sam has spent 12+ years as a management consultant, advisor, and operator supporting several venture capital and private equity investors across the deal lifecycle in various industries.

Sam is the Founder of Half Human Management, a boutique management consulting firm with a primary focus in CPG. He brings a specialization in enterprise-wide value creation initiatives, sales channel strategy, operations, supply chain, finance, and buy side operational & financial due diligence.

He has led tangible improvements for CPG clients including Zevia (Series C to IPO), Feastables, Nasoya, Pulmuone, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Basic American Foods.

Prior to founding his consulting practice, Sam was a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, a top global professional services firm.
